01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CanMyPetEat application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
02 Nature of Service
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to categorize foods and substances based on their safety for specific pets. You acknowledge that AI models can generate incorrect information. CanMyPetEat is not a veterinary professional and does not replace the expertise of a licensed clinic.
When in doubt, go to the vet. The app helps you act faster by providing initial screening, but professional intervention is the only definitive way to ensure pet safety.
03 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wcomm Gerenciamento de Sistemas Digitais Ltda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to pet health complications arising from reliance on the app's data.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose: checking food safety for pets. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the AI logic, scrape data, or use the service for any illegal activities within your jurisdiction.
05 Subscriptions
Premium features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed by the respective app stores under their own terms of service.
06 Intellectual Property
The CanMyPetEat brand, logo, "Magnifying Paw" iconography, and underlying software are the exclusive property of Wcomm Gerenciamento de Sistemas Digitais Ltda. No license is granted for commercial use of our assets.
07 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazil.
08 Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or via our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
